week 27: next phase
user interviews and a lot of coding

Dear board, first of all - thanks for making the time 👋
As mentioned last week, Jared is evolving, and we’re working on some big projects behind the scenes.
This next phase will bring focus to introducing our business model, and in the process, user interviews will be crucial.
Therefore, if you use Jared yourself and are open to a 20-minute chat, please reply to this email and let me know. That would be very helpful.
We are currently building on a new and deeper layer to Jared, that will be behind a paywall - but, with the objective and curated news still available for free.
My mission for the last couple of weeks has been to find a way to use the engine that we already have, in a new way that can provide further valuable information, so much that we can charge for it.
And I think we’ve found something very promising.
Also, we now have an office and our two interns will be starting in just under a month - we are ready to rock!
📊 Our numbers this week
Our numbers have been pretty stable this week.

The next phase of Jared will bring more focus on the revenue, which will be very exciting.
I’ll share the ups and downs, our numbers, and our plans with you every week this year.
As mentioned, I’m always open to feedback, suggestions or just connecting.
Thanks for being part of this journey.
